  • Aquatic Therapy by Breakthru Physical Therapy

We are pleased to partner with Breakthru Physical Therapy & Fitness to offer on site Aquatic and Land Physical Therapy. Staff is ready to serve you and honors most insurance to benefit your recovery at less expense. Endless Pools are used by the world's top physicians, physical therapists and athletic trainers for rehabilitation and low-impact exercise.

Aquatic Therapy is another form of rehabilitation that Breakthru uses to conjointly with other traditional out-patient therapies. The warm water resistance and special jets help patients strengthen muscles while improving their cardiovascular performance. Aquatic therapy allows rehabilitation to start earlier and with less pain because of decreased weight bearing (including in-water treadmills) and impact due to buoyancy. The warmth of the water in our pools helps reduce pain by relaxing tightness or muscle spasms by increasing blood flow. one of the largest of water is that it allows those who have limited tolerance to land-based exercise to begin improving mobility, strengthening muscles, and building endurance prior to transitioning to land.

Who Can benefit from Aquatic Therapy?
    • Neck and back pain
    • Sports injuries
    • Arthritis
    • Knee and shoulder pain
    • Foot and ankle pain
    • Hip pain
    • Post-Operative conditions
    • Neurological Disorders ie. Parkinson's Disease, Stroke, MS, etc.
Aquatic therapy can be used to treat a wide variety of health conditions including arthritis, fibromyalgia, orthopedic injuries, paralysis, stroke rehabilitation and weight loss. Water's natural buoyancy allows people to move in water without the stress of land based exercises. This allows patients to:
    • Increase flexibility and strengthen muscles
    • Alleviate the symptoms of many medical conditions
    • Improve balance and agility
    • Decrease joint swelling and reduce pain
By utilizing the resistance current therapists can monitor a patient's progress and increase the levels of resistance as their progress improves. The current also helps develop strength and endurance. Adding an underwater treadmill, placed in front of the resistance current, allows for a body weight supported walk or run and enables patients to start their rehabilitation sooner than with traditional land based therapies.

See for yourself why Endless Pools has become the most popular provider of resistance pools in the world and why top rehab & wellness professionals use it to maximize their rehabilitation and fitness results.
