High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.)

Circuit of the Day (COD)
Trainer assisted multi functional group of timed exercises targeted in sets of push, pull, cardio, and core. Electronic timer keeps pace while you execute the exercise. Circuit changes each week, muscle groups will be featured to reduce stress and strain while building strength and endurance.
