Whether you are recovering from an injury, trying to lose weight, dry land exercises hurt your joints, or even training for a sport or race; Cross Training in our Dual Lane Endless Pool is for you!

A personal trainer will work with you pool side to instruct you through a full body exercise program. Each program is customized to your  goals and abilities and make sure you maintain proper form throughout your one on one session.  Our Wet Training is one of a kind and completely tailored to YOU.

  • In-water Treadmill
  • Adjustable swim current
  • AquaBike
  • Resistance weights, foam noodles, kickboards, flippers, paddles etc.
