Swim Stroke Analysis & Instruction
Competitive Swimmers & Triathletes

An Endless Pool is an ideal place to work with Swimmers on their stroke. The immediate performance feedback offered by the front and bottom mirrors as well as a video recording system allows the swimmer to make slight alterations and actually see results.

Stroke efficiency is easy to see when swimming in place: improvements move you forward or reduce your stroke rate. Never before has a swimmer been able to really see their stroke in this way. Never before has a coach been able to stand next to a swimmer and adjust their stroke directly.

Our new 7.5 hp Performance Endless Pool is designed specifically for top swimmers: with a 1:08 second 100-yard pace, it even challenges sprinters. With the Performance, a coach can increase the current speed to a swimmer’s race pace — see precisely when and how their stroke breaks down — and fix it. Immediately. The Performance is also ideal for teaching all levels of swimming, from young beginners to Masters. There is no better one-on-one teaching environment.

Learn to Swim (Ages 5 to Adult)

An Endless Pool is an ideal place to teach the new or just starting back into swimming, learn the fundamentals of floating, gliding, kicking and basic freestyle and breaststrokes.  The 15 foot by 15 foot pool provides plenty of space to try your new skills without the fear of going too far from the safety of the "edge". The pool is 4 1/2 feet deep with a safety edge around the entire pool that is 2 feet deep.  Class size is limited to a small number for more one-on-one guidance and instruction.  The Endless dual lane pool provides a safe, private, and quiet learning environment.  If you have had limited success in a large public pool, or want to improve quickly, this program is the place for you.  For more details on our year-round learn to swim schedule, please call the main office for availability.

Our learn to swim programs are grouped into 3 areas - Pre-Teen, Teens, and Adults.  Each class is customized to each person's swim level and ability. The small group sizes provide an encouraging and supporting environment that lasts past the first session.

Aquatic Therapy at ProSwim Fitness

How can I get more information?
We are pleased to partner with Breakthru Physical Therapy & Fitness to offer on site Aquatic and Land Physical Therapy.  Staff is ready to serve you and honors most insurance to benefit your recovery at less expense. Endless Pools are used by the world's top physicians, physical therapists and athletic trainers for rehabilitation and low-impact exercise.

Aquatic Therapy is another form of rehabilitation that Breakthru uses to conjointly with other traditional out-patient therapies. The warm water resistance and special jets help patients strengthen muscles while improving their cardiovascular performance.  Aquatic therapy allows rehabilitation to start earlier and with less pain because of decreased weight bearing (including in-water treadmills) and impact due to buoyancy. The warmth of the water in our pools helps reduce pain by relaxing tightness or muscle spasms by increasing blood flow.  one of the largest of water is that it allows those who have limited tolerance to land-based exercise to begin improving mobility, strengthening muscles, and building endurance prior to transitioning to land.

Who Can benefit from Aquatic Therapy?
    • Neck and back pain
    • Sports injuries
    • Arthritis
    • Knee and shoulder pain
    • Foot and ankle pain
    • Hip pain
    • Post-Operative conditions
    • Neurological Disorders ie. Parkinson's Disease, Stroke, MS, etc.
Aquatic therapy can be used to treat a wide variety of health conditions including arthritis, fibromyalgia, orthopedic injuries, paralysis, stroke rehabilitation and weight loss. Water's natural buoyancy allows people to move in water without the stress of land based exercises. This allows patients to:
    • Increase flexibility and strengthen muscles
    • Alleviate the symptoms of many medical conditions
    • Improve balance and agility
    • Decrease joint swelling and reduce pain
By utilizing the resistance current therapists can monitor a patient's progress and increase the levels of resistance as their progress improves. The current also helps develop strength and endurance. Adding an underwater treadmill, placed in front of the resistance current, allows for a body weight supported walk or run and enables patients to start their rehabilitation sooner than with traditional land based therapies.

See for yourself why Endless Pools has become the most popular provider of resistance pools in the world and why top rehab & wellness professionals use it to maximize their rehabilitation and fitness results.
